Full Throttle

As you can see I’ve changed the look a bit. I was getting very tired of the old one and thought the blue background would be closer to the design of the rest of the site, vice the icky yellowish brown color. Now that I’ve done that the header graphic looks like it could use a little “levigating” of the asphalt. I’ll have to work on that!

Secondly, the WordPress blogging system has what is called a dashboard. As part of the normal backend functions - write, draft, post, etc - it has a section that gives a list of sites that link here. A new link popped up today that caught my eye, at first glance it was a familiar name, I Like Racing, until I looked closer. It is actually a Russian Blog that linked to me called I Love Racing.

At the moment the second entry is NASCAR related. No, you guessed wrong, it’s not about Charlotte. It’s a story I noted back in July about Geoffery Bodine’s efforts with the US Bobsled Team. With a little help from Bable Fish translation it makes for an interesting read.
