A Little Redemption for Evernham at Bristol
If the Cup guys can come near the show Saturday that Kasey Kahne, Leffler, Reutimann, Newman and the rest of the Busch field put on Friday it will be one hell of a racing weekend.
After listening to after race comments of those finishing in the top ten can anyone dispute the drivers not only loved the changes made to Bristol but the racing it provided? Even Ryan Newman, who should have been the most disappointed, was all smiles and praised both the track and his fellow competitors.
Happy as clams in marinara sauce one and all.
Well, all except Kyle Busch. Should be interesting how PCNA & Bobblehead Hunter spins that one away. But at least they admitted their error, little consolation but it’s something.
I have to agree about seeing a great Busch race at Bristol. Even as my driver Ryan Newman was going up and hitting the wall with his cut tire, I was still jumping up as he Kane and Leffler battled. I think Nemwan learned alot from last nights race to help him in the cup race toniight.
I really don’t like Kyle Busch, but NASCAR did get that call wrong, very wrong and possibly cost him the checkered flag.
Yep, I agree great race and should be a valid precursor to what happens tonight.
