Aaron Fike Enters No Plea on Drug Charges

Aaron Fike, who was banned from NASCAR competition, finally made his first court appearance stemming from his arrest for drug possession in last July.

A grand jury indicted Fike on charges of possession of heroin, a felony, and possession of drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor.

Oddly enough Fike did not enter a plea, and no trial date was set, Warren County Prosecutor Rachel Hutzel said. Fike remained free on an own-recognizance bond.

I say odd because the skank he was arrested with, Cassandra Davidson, plead guilty to the same charges three weeks ago.

I’m not sure what kind of scam Fike’s lawyer is trying to pull by not entering a plea but I fail to see a good outcome when his accomplice has already copped to the charges. Delaying the inevitable I suppose. Not to mention racking up more billing time.

NOTE, to all the loonbats and apologists for Davidson and Fike, what say you now? Back in July when this story was hot of the presses you idiots were in full dudgeon defending these two idiots.

How about you “Heather,” you went so far to claim I had no right to comment on the story because I didn’t know them personally. What do you think of the skank now?

Danny, Clay, “grow up,” Lynn how about all you guys got much to say now? I doubt it.

  1. Holy Mother of God Marc, that post in July brought out some nutters, where do you find these people??

I would however like to appologise to Max, Bernie, Todt, Montizemolo & Ron - I don’t know them personally - so I should not be “judging” them.

……….apparently that’s the job of some guy call God. Man he knows a lot of people personally!!!

  2. Amazing isn’t it Peter!

The only thing I can figure is one or two of the nutcases discovered the post from a fan forum somewhere. From that start all the rest followed.

It’s a sign of the times I guess, many people will excuse anything, which goes a long wat towards explaining why they problems exist in the first place.
