Formula One?’s governing body, the FIA, will meet with all team bosses in Paris (France) on May 5th to discuss issues including rising car speeds. Also believed to be on the agenda is the new European Arrest Warrant (EAW), already agreed by Formula One? hosts Spain, Britain and Belgium, which will hold individuals personally responsible should a death occur on the racetrack.

Speculation suggests that the FIA could be seeking the support of all teams to lead a protest against the EAW; which could involve the boycott of one of this season’s European races - possibly the Spanish Grand Prix in May.
