Despite my satirical look at it I have nothing against them, but I do have a problem with NASCAR not closing a loophole that allows Cup teams to skirt the Cup testing restrictions. Kevin Harvick, among others, aren't running a full Busch sched (and all of a sudden) because they are racing addicts. It's very plain run past the testing rules. It’s been corrected Laura.
