Full Throttle

Many kids dream of becoming a “Carny” or taking a flight of fancy to Sarasota and hook-up with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus. I did, but never made it. Maybe when Social Security kicks in and I become the world’s only clown that uses a walker, a hearing aid and wears Depends!

Anyway I never fullfilled that boyhood dream but I have become an official Carny, of sorts. Mark Tapscott has recognized my Bill Elliott post and included it in this weeks Carnival of Cars.

Brian’s Race Driven is the other racing blog that Mark highlites, but stop by the check out all those noted this week. It’s a gearheads playground.

I wonder, now that I have become an “official” member of a Carnival can I set-up my own Alibi Store or has Jeff (it’s all Dale Jr’s fault) Gordon cornered that market?
