Slavica Ecclestone, who has been married to Bernie Ecclestone for 24 years, has filed for divorce.

Slavica Ecclestone will be represented by divorce lawyer Liz Vernon, who previously helped the wife of footballer Ray Parlour win a third of the former England and Arsenal player’s earnings in a highly publicized case four years ago.

Hmmm… a third of earnings?

Far be it from me to interject myself into something as ugly as divorce proceedings but, well, as they say money corrupts and I’m just as corruptible as the next guy.

With this break-up having a potential payoff of a third of Bernie’s estimated 3 billion dollar bank account who could resist.

So, might I suggest I be awarded custody of the “kids” Tamara and Petra?

And hell, as long as I’m in fantasyland I may as well offer this…

Slavica, as part of the settlement please, please, ask for controlling interest in FOM. Even you could do a better job managing the business side of F1 than the Gnome your escaping from.
