From the Mouths of ARCA RE/MAX Babes

Bryan Clauson is an 18 year old development driver for Ganassi racing in the ARCA RE/MAX Series.

That development has come fast & furious as he has scored 4 top fives in only 5 starts including the Series’ last event at Salem where he picked up his first win and sits on the pole for the ARCA RE/MAX 250 at Talladega.

But the teenager has been thrust into an odd situation as he has become what is effectively Ganassi’s “lead” driver in the series to the other “rookie” on the team, Dario Franchitti.

After Franchitti drove his Ganassi Dodge to fifth starting position it gave his young teammate a chance to ponder his position on the team and offer today’s Quote of the Day:

“It’s pretty cool,” the teen said of suddenly being the senior member of Ganassi’s ARCA entries. “To think, having five ARCA RE/MAX Series starts under my belt, that I’d be the one to teach somebody, especially someone of his caliber, is comical.”

Indeed it is.

But not as comical as watching the kid pass along advice to Dario on plying his trade on the high banks then having Ms. Franchitti walk up. I suspect the knees would turn to warm butter and any advice would come out sounding something like; “Humana, humana, humana!”

  1. She really is the perfect retort to turn on those “news” anchorpeople who came within a hairs breadth of denegrating southern in-breeding, isn’t she?
