Hypocrites !

Kentucky Motor Speedway is quick to file a law suit trying to find a sympathetic judge to award them a NEXTEL Cup date. In the process they call NASCAR and ISC every name in the book, (law journals and otherwise).
Yet they haven’t any qualms about accepting the cash this provides them as a result of not having a Cup date:
Hall Of Fame Racing, Penske Racing South, MB2 On Weekly Test Schedule:Four NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series teams are scheduled to test at Kentucky Speedway Wednesday, March 29.
