I thought it Only Needed “details” Changed?

When last checked “Gladys” wasn’t sure of the current status of NASCAR’s Car of Tomorrow. The last test appeared to go well and drivers had good things to say. Robin Pemberton even said the final design was very close to being finalized and even earlier (March) the “Blueprints” for the CoT were allegedly “final.”
