At the time Joe Ruttman raced Late Models at the same tracks (Flat Rock & Mount Clemons Speedways) and the occasional NASCAR event, he was nice enough to pass an autographed copy along to me. But with the ease of publishing on the web today - including anonymity - I'm curious why no one has bothered to break that traditional "code" and upload it anyway.
