I got one "way back when," I raced a few years under ARCA sanction.

At the time Joe Ruttman raced Late Models at the same tracks (Flat Rock & Mount Clemons Speedways) and the occasional NASCAR event, he was nice enough to pass an autographed copy along to me.

So, where did you manage to get one, even if it is old? I still believe that if they made at least some of them available, it would help out with their currently downspiraling trust.

Good point TMC, I wondered the same as I wrote this. With 50,000 copies printed, allegedly, it's amazing someone hasn't tossed a copy online.

Holding the rule book close to the vest and writing it in pencil or on an Etch-A-Sketch is a long-time NASCAR tradition - one of the true traditions still left. But with the ease of publishing on the web today - including anonymity - I'm curious why no one has bothered to break that traditional "code" and upload it anyway.

I've got one also Robert. It still lists mandatory use of Pure Oil products and 8 inch tires so you know how old it is.

Oh... and if you believe the 75 mil figure I've got a brand new rulebook to sell you. Really.
