"Ferrari and Benetton Formula One star Jean Alesi, who participated in over 200 Grand Prix in his career"

So much talent, so little results. One lucky win in Canada 95 when Schui & Williams tripped up. I remember Jackie Stewart said of Alesi - when he moved from Ferrari & inherited Schui's championship winning car/team at Benetton & still no results - ....."Something is not being understood"

He seemed to imply that the talent was there but a unique form of external "mind management" would be required to actually get Alesi to "use" the talent.
