Katherine Legge to Test for A1GP Team Britain

Katherine Legge followed up her successful rookie season in Toyota Atlantic with a recent test during Minardi’s F1 swan song at Autodromo Vallelunga, Italy. John Surtees has announced Legge will be granted an opportunity to test Team Great Britain’s entry in A1 Grand Prix.

The test will take place in Dubai next week and will also serve as a shakedown of a new car and engine prior to round six of the Series also to be held at the Dubai Autodrome, United Arab Emirates on the 9th, 10th & 11th of December.

We are restoring a Surtees TS5 believed to be chassis 003. Would appreciate info from Mr. Surtees with that would help us in this project. We have a complete car down to bare metal. Restoration is to be back to its early racing career with Hobbs or as raced by Hamilton Vose III. JWC
