I have also met many cops that take pleasure in making the routine something more but I'll bet this much: Busch had a bit too much to drink, ran into a cop who stopped a "big fish" and proceeded to display the same traits Busch has shown on occasion. Arrogance would head the list.

Legally NASCAR can't do squat with a reckless driving charge so it will go away. But the incident sure will bring out the Busch haters in force. The blogs and forums will (Miller) Lite up like New Years at midnight.</description>
