NASCAR “Garage Grudge Match!”
As you read this let the melody of Love is a Battlefield run through your head.
The AP’s Jenna Fryer reports, via unnamed witnesses, a WWE type match, albeit a verbal one, broke out in the LMS NNS garage between Carl Edwards and Kevin Harvick.
According to Fryer’s sources Edwards and Harvick were in a heated argument Thursday when Edwards apparently walked into Harvick’s garage stall and the two engaged in a heated argument.
No denial of witness reports were forthcoming from Edwards.
“The deal with me and Harvick is between me and him and there’s nothing else to talk about,” he said. “I’m not talking about that. That’s just what it is. We know where each other stand and that’s it.”
Harvick had a bit more to say with shall we say, a smidgen more color.
“I know that his fans won’t be very proud of him sitting back there riding around like a pansy,” Harvick said. “If he had been racing all day, maybe he would have known how long the front of his car was.”
DING! Round one scored as a TKO by Harvick.
UPDATE: Where have I heard this before. Due to rain the Cup event will start according to the points standings.

I hope they both get over this by Saturday. Both these guys are in the chase and I would hate to see one of them try to retaliate during the Bank of America 500 on Saturday night.
