Who Knew?

Judging by the comments left so far not many in the racing blogosphere know that NASCAR’s Team Red Bull maintains a blog. Not that it’s devoid of participants, the commenters just aren’t among the usual suspects.

Stock Car Ticker is the place and The Bull Spotter and Matador are contributers. As noted before Red Bull’s definition of “tradition” is non-traditional
and status quo means the opposite.

In this age of specialization a teams over the wall gang are just that. Servicing the car as it slides to a halt in the pits has been their sole purpose for existence. For the most part they fly in for the weekend spin a few hundred lugnuts, tip a few cans of fuel and if unlucky, beat on a few damaged fenders. If lucky spry the sponsors beverage in Victory Lane and fly home.
