Thanks dawg, actually I think France drives a "streetable" version of the Car of Tomorrow, wing and all.

It's partly for advertising but mostly because it's a "chick magnet."

Brian definitely left the door wide open on this one. If you look at it realistically, there have been so many suggestions about "what to do" that one can't possibly even guess what's going on in his mind.

Personally, I think they need to do something about the 11th-20th spots. Build some more drama there, or something. Mainly because sponsors are quickly finding that being out of the chase is a big cut in their advertising ROI. Regardless of how they're running. The focus is on the chase contenders, and how it's playing out at the moment. Unhappy sponsors is bad for teams, and in turn bad for Nascar.

Another possibility is a slight schedule tweak. I am all for a road course being in the chase. It should be. The chase should represent all track related challenges present during the main season. While there are only two road races a season, it still is a part of the season, and should have a hand in playing out the test of a true champion.

Could they give more points for a win? Qualifying points? 400 point rule to 500? 600? Chase contenders on their own private point system? Who knows, other than something is going to change or be tweaked.
