Smoke Looking for BIG and “Dirty” Payday
Tony Stewart has entered this week’s Dirt Track World Championship at K-C Raceway. The $50,000 to win, 100-lap main event for Late Models is Saturday at the track six miles south of Chillicothe, Ohio.
Billed as Ohio’s fastest 3/8 mile high-banked dirt track Stewart will be joined on the entry list by defending champion Scott Bloomquist and Brian Birkhofer last year’s runner-up.
Others in the lineup include five-time winner Freddy Smith; Sprint Car star Kenny Jacobs; and Australian dirt Late Model champion Craig Vosbergen.
Stewart’s ride is a Mark Richards prepared Rocket Chassis sponsored by Bass Pro Shops and Tracker Boats.
