There seems to be a spot of trouble in Danica-Ville.
The husband of race car driver Danica Patrick, Paul Hospenthal, is in trouble for a past relationship - before he was married. A woman claims she and Hospenthal had a sexual relationship years ago while she was his patient and just 16 years old.
It started with a simple email. (doesn’t everything - ed)
A woman wrote the State Board of Physical Therapy with questions. But she also claimed the two had a consensual sexual relationship seven years ago and that they had sex at least once in his office.
Hospenthal, now 40, admits to bad judgment. He admits to have had taken the girl to his home a couple of times, having her clean and helping her with homework. (Oh yea RiiiGHT. Where have I used, er heard that excuse before!- ed)
Hospenthal was issued a public reprimand - six months probation - where he’s stays on the job and attends classes on patient boundaries.

Wow. Yeah, I’d say he does have some issues with patient boundaries. Just wow.
I don’t have a opinion on the girl other than that she is a mid-field driver that attracts a lot of press because of her gender.However if this had been a drivers wife - in a similar situation - it would not have even made the news.
Apparently this guy can’t say no to a free ride from a female of any age, can he? Get out of this relationship ASAP if you value your reputation and bank balance.
Is there a statute of limitations for statutory rape anymore? Will he get away without any criminal prosecution?? He should be in prison.
