		<description>Morgan-Dollar is always going to the highest bidder, and they seldom feature what would be called a regular driver. Remember in '06 they featured a different Cup driver every week.
The Red Bull deal is not setting a precedent, but is just another step in the trend towards the owners looking for drivers bringing their own sponsors with them. It is the same trend that eventually brought down CART.
