According to SI.com a vintage racing suit once worn by Dale Earnhardt Sr. has been stolen from Texas Motor Speedway. The suit, helmet, racing gloves and racing shoes turned up missing this month from a locked storage cabinet at the TMS administrative offices.

You don’t suppose this was an inside job do you? Inside as it gets I’m guessing.

The question now is just how stupid this criminal is. If it shows up on EBay we’ll know. On the other hand if it doesn’t, just what will he/she do with items reported to be worth $100,000 dollars?
