The FIA Story Too Hot to Handle!
It’s almost too good to be true.
The very thought of Mad Max goose-stepping in his nazi father’s footsteps with a bevy of hookers is just too rich.
Even more interesting is how the major F1 sites are handling it. Some note the story with very little meat to it, others flesh it out but don’t link to the rag that printed the original, nor the video that is floating around that shows The Mad One bent over… well you get the idea.
Hell it turned respectable sites into proclaiming the “story has reduced people to mute disbelief.”
It’s as if it was Too Hot to Handle, and I don’t mean the 1938 flic of the same name.
Regardless, and taking a cue from those much smarter than I, I’m restricting my thoughts to the inner recesses of the frontal lobe until such time this story gets more confirmation.
‘Til then I’ll just laugh like a hyena on crack!
UPDATE: Reports say the FIA may be preparing a vote of no confidence in Mosley’s leadership. (um, that would be FIA leadership, not leading his little group of five. -ed)
UPDATE II: You can always count on my favorite writer of headlines, say what you will about the The Sun’s veracity, but for to the point headlines they can’t be beat: “F1 Nazi Nookie Boss to Keep Job.”
“laugh like a hyena on crack!”……my work mates think I’m insane. I sat down at my desk, fired up the computer, read this gem of news & wet my pants laughing!! April fools day did cross my mind but no it’s too early.
It’s been several hours since this story broke & the fact that no denial has been issued by Max has me thinking that where there is smoke there is fire.
Can you imagine Ron Dennis’s reaction? OMG! Childish on my part I admit, but something sick inside me desperately hopes this is true. Nothing would give me more pleasure than seeing the pompous arse (& Bernie’s hand puppet) removed from motorsport.
Let me know when it’s safe to let rip without fear that the FIA police will come looking to shut you down.
As an aside, my Max comment on your earlier Roush posting predated my knowledge of this story.
I agree Peter, the only thing better than this would be finding out it was Bernie who ran the Vid equipment!
I disagree, the best outcome would be to find out Bernie was dressed in drag and one of the hookers.
Initially I posted a carefully-worded but vitriolic post about this, but after reading yours I decided discretion was the better part of valour, and pulled it. I’ll repost once there’s more confirmation. The fact that Max is thinking of legal action based on breach of privacy rather than libel to me says much about whether the story is true…

Eliot Spitzer, Governor of New York, hired a hooker for $4300 plus travel expenses for two hours of “tame” activity, and yet for a mere $5000 Max got five hookers for five hours, a spanking, costumes, role play and a cup of tea. LOL
On a serious note, forget this rubbish about what a person does in their private life being a private matter. The President of the FIA (essentially world motorsport) can’t be a guy who whips a girl dressed in a prisoners uniform last seen in Dachau. You would think Max would have the brains to go voluntarily, clearly he will have to be pushed, & the sooner the better. If it takes a lurid sex scandal to get Mad Max out of F1 then so be it.

It must be the sick voyeur in me I know but I cant get enough of this story, I’m checking Google News every hour for a statement from Max or any party involved. I seriously cannot remember the last time I laughed as hard & long as I did yesterday. Thank you Max! LOL
