The NASCAR Police Swing into Action

My, oh my, the crew members and team principals certainly were busy little bees this past weekend at Talladega. As a result the NASCAR police have handed down 11, count ‘em 11 penalties to Busch Series participants.

Most of them fall under the category of, “so what else is new?” But this one caught my eye:

Nathan Homrick, a crew member for Biagi Brothers’ No. 4 Dodge driven by Mark Green, was fined $5,000 and indefinitely suspended from NASCAR for illegal possession of NASCAR seals discovered during prequalifying inspection.

The obvious question is what was he doing with them, but the more important one is what was he attempting to hide behind the unauthorized seals in his possession?

Inquiring bloggers want to know. But we never will. And enjoy your “vacation” Nathan.

  1. Seals, whatr NASCAR has a zoo? Come on Brian WTF?

  2. “Has a zoo?” I thought it was a zoo, silly me.

But it does raise a question, where do they keep the fish to satisfy the seals cravings?
