Yes, by a long margin. Not only did the constant cautions prevent good racing, they prevented anyone from making any progress towards the front to catch the leaders. I felt sorry for the people at the track. I could at least change the channel and catch up on my reading during the numerous cautions.

It was a combination of not enough testing by both GY and NASCAR and a very abrasive track surface.
