What Are You Waiting For? - Go Vote!

And you thought the election season was over. Far from it, bucko. If you hurry (polls close on Dec. 12th) you can cast your vote for this humble proprietor of Full Throttle, who has been selected as a finalist for the 2004 Weblogs Awards in the Best Sports Blog category.

This is the second annual awards competition and is sponsored and hosted by Kevin of WizBang. The entire list in all categories can be found here for your voting pleasure. And for purely selfish pleasure on my part, with your help of course, this is the one and only place to vote for Full Throttle. (currently trailing a [oh the humanity!] baseball blog) It is time for the gearheads among us to change that!

    I was there voting and found your blog and went back and voted for you. I’ve been a racing fan since the 60s so I got interested in any racing on ABC’s Wide World of Sports. My NASCAR friends look at me funny when I talk about F1 but I was a Jackie Stewart fan and a Bobby Allison fan before most of them were born. I like this site already so, like Arnold said, I’ll be back.:cool:

    Thanks OBH, every vote counts, although I am against very stiff competition so the Expectations are low for the “Throttle” to win.

    I also cut my teeth on racing in the mid-sixties and have followed the sport ever since.
