Steve Kinser is ready to throw the checkered flag on his race to victory #500. ?The King of the Outlaws? passed Paul McMahan with 1? laps remaining to win his second Preliminary Feature of the season. The $5,000 victory gave Kinser the privilege of starting Saturday?s Dash Race on the pole. Saturday’s lineup was scrubed due to steady rain and is re-scheduled for Oct.
