After watching the replay several times there is no doubt in my mind that Tony flat our wrecked him, and deliberately. He had ample time to get off the gas and avoid any casualties. Besides Kahne, the other cars caught up in the crash should want his ass even more. Why NASCAR is so tolerant of his aggressive driving has to go beyond the pull of Home Depot or any sponsor arrangements. Its just plain bizarre.
