Yes FT Fans, it HAD to be Done!
No you’re not going crazy, there has been another change of scenery around the “Throttle.”
I just couldn’t wrap my head around the white-blue-green decor of the previous, but short lived, theme. This one still has some tweaking to do such as realignment of the top menu and discarding the rements of orange that remain from the original.
But overall the header image is the way I like it (after a change from the orig) and on the whole it’s a bit more “professional looking.”
As everyone knows, I need all the “professional” help I can get. And in every connotation of the word professional including that which is given while laying prone on a comfy couch!
Enjoy, I’m going to leave if for a few hours and cast a line in my front yard in search of a big fat fish for lunch.
UPDATE: Ok, all the orange is gone from the original and the top menu is straight. The comment page still leaves a lot to be desired but I’ll get to that later. And yes I got my fish. 7 of ‘em in fact.

Fish, huh?
Well, that’s what I just finished for dinner.
One of my last bags of catfish left from my pond. Of course I should say my hole now, as it’s been so freakin dry here that my 2 acre pond has completely went tits up.
Nothing but a glorified ATV playpen now.
Funny how you wanted the typhoon to go away, and I’m begging for a late season ‘cane to roll up through Texas.
Don’t kid yourself Luke. Other than losing power for 5 days I had great fun during the typhoon. Of course winds never got above 80 so in the larger scheme of things it was a mild blow.
Nothing close to what I’ve ridden thru on a Navy Destroyer when it was easier to walk on the bulkheads than the deck.

we almost changed the look AGAIN over in The Garage, but sanity prevailed and it will keep this current look for 5 or 6 months.
Thanks Gary. After being forced into the first change by a self induced theme crash I wasn’t happy with the temporary solution.
Out of that was a search of something better. What your looking at is probably the best the place has looked in its nearly 3 years of existence.
BTW, one theme I almost setted on was the Cutline theme you’re using. In the end I went in this direction because I had already found the Tach image and it fit better on this theme.
